Corrections

We aim to be accurate. When we get something wrong, we say so — in public.

The information on RetroFit Leeds is researched and reviewed against the sources listed on our data sources page. Despite that, things change — schemes update, grant amounts move, providers change services, and we sometimes make mistakes. If you spot something that’s wrong or out of date, we want to know.

What happens next

  • Acknowledgement within 5 working days. We confirm we’ve received your report and tell you what we plan to do.
  • Verification. We check the claim against the relevant primary source — usually a government publication, accreditation register, or the provider’s own website.
  • Update. If the claim is correct, we update the page. The provider page or guide carries a “last updated” or “last verified” date so the change is visible.
  • Public log. Substantive factual corrections — those that change a meaning, number, eligibility statement, or other material claim — are recorded below.

Minor changes (typos, formatting, link updates) are made without being logged. We don’t publish names or details of people who report corrections.
